Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests received by March 13, 2026 will be refunded in full minus a USD $50 administrative fee.
No refunds will be provided for cancellations after this date or for no-shows.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the ACPT Registration Office.
